Gods Peace to this young man's family and friends. This lawless act will be an ongoing nightmare for them every Christmas season as long as they live.

Terrible. Glad they found the shooter quickly, but it won't change the loss of a young man...

Auburn is a nice little college town, but its right off the interstate and there are some not so good areas of Alabama and West Georgia nearby. Unfortunately seems like a lot of the people from those areas like to party in Auburn and cause trouble.

Sadly, the apartment complex where Jakell Mitchellwas killed is exactly the same one where two other Auburn players were shot and killed a couple of years ago.

Auburn athletics may want to place those apartments on the "strictly off limits" list. Three young lives have been lost there needlessly. Bad scene.
