From the Sun Belt Board:
"It is Western Michigan. We get them in Statesboro in 2015 and go there in 2016.
That is good news for 2015 as with 4 SB games and 1 likely FCS game that should give us 6 home games in 2015."

Depending on what they lose and gain, they may be able to beat the Broncos. Good for GSU...getting in some #MACtion.

The directional Michigan's are good H/H targets....you probably will get a home win and may very well get a road win.....but it will be in front of less than 10K.
The good thing is it COUNTS toward Bowl eligibility!
Congrats GSU!

News on App's scheduling is almost impossible to come by. The Hawaii thing came out after it was dead.
I'm reasonably sure we're going to get a lot of OOC scheduling news this month.

My preference for a home an home would be FIU or FAU simply from a recruiting standpoint. I doubt USF would do a home and home but I would certainly ask.

It's being reported that Southern has completed it's 2014 OOC schedule.
At NC State, Georgia Tech, and Navy. Home against Savannah State.
Looks like they like the ACC.

FAU/FIU would be a great road trip for our fans, if they wanted to come down early and enjoy South Florida, you got Miami just 35 minutes from FAU, 20 minutes from FIU, and FAU is in Ft Lauderdale. Even Disney is only 3 1/2 hours away. Personally, I would love it since I live only 25 minutes from FAU

FIU is in Miami. FAU is in Boca Raton that is about 30 min north of Ft. Lauderdale and 50 min from miami. I would love for them to play either team since I currently live in Miami also.

Agreed. Nothing particularly wrong with WMU, but also hard to see what you gain from playing up there in terms of recruiting, appealing road trip for fans, etc.

GaSo needs the money. They get $1.9 million for the three gurantee games.
Yes they have 5 home games, but they have two games in Atlanta that are easy travel, blocks away from each other.
If App wanted to go by that route of getting gurantee games and sacrificing a home game, the schedule would be done by now. Doing home and homes are harder.

Sure - that is understandable - I always thought the 6 home games were as much for the businesses of Boone as anything else ---
