Room at Courtyard Available for Troy/Gameday 9/17

Possibly a longshot here, but I booked a room at the Courtyard last weekend when it was announced that Gameday was coming to Boone. Prices had already been marked up so I paid an arm and a leg for it ($470 total with taxes and fees). Turns out I no longer need the room, but didn't realize it was non-refundable when I booked.

Check in is 9/17 and check out is 9/18. Just looking for reasonable offers for the room for the night. I'll put your name on the reservation and it'll be all yours. Please send me a PM if interested.
