Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. App St definitely the best in the state at RB but analysis is inconsistent. App is not in 1 slot due to potential but rather due to performance on the field. No way UNC or Duke can be rated ahead of State if that is your measuring stick at the RB position from prior years.
