Re: Schedule

I was at APP '91-'95 and playing Marshall was some of our biggest games. I remember being on the sideline 15 feet away from Randy Moss, ours corners gave him what felt like a 20 yard cushion of space and he still torched us. One year Marshall was ranked #1 in FCS and they played in KBS. We won and ...

Another big weekend upcoming versus GA teams. Need to go 1-1 to be in the driver seat for a tourney bye.
Is the format the same as last year where

5-6 seeds get single bye
4-5 seed double bye and
1-2 seed triple byes?

Finish Strong 2 seed possible

A 2-4 seed is needed in the Obscure Sun Belt Tourney Format. Win the next 2 at home and that becomes a real possibility. Georgia State currently in 2nd has a crazy tough final 4 game stretch. This is the first time in a long time that we have a good shot at the NCAA tourney. Hopefully we can get the...

Big paid Napoleon complex guys are always Arrogant ....(not to mention that he looked just like Napoleon Dynamite) He was carbon copying Saben and tried to throw in the “good ole Christian” boy of Dabo Problem is every time I heard him talk about religion , I reverted to the scene in “Walking The Li...

Re: 6 teams in 9 years

I am 100% serious here. Who makes that hire? Really, who the hell makes that hire? I thought about that for a while and thought maybe it was a stroke of brilliance on DG to hire such a hot up and comer knowing he get snatched up after a year. We get paid $1.7 million for crying out loud. It was pur...

Re: Who stays, who goes?

Missouri wants a coaching staff with SEC experience....They are not giving Drink his choices automatically.

This was one of the reasons a couple other coaches turned down the interviews.

Not worried at all

That should be added to the next coach.’s buyout....double it to 3.5 from current 1.75 and add a home and home clause

Re: Drink Interviews Update

How desperate are these schools? I mean Drink's been good so far but as so many have pointed out he's not even playing with his own guys. You'd think that would be a major concern when it's also been said recruiting isn't his strong suit. I wonder if he's overplaying his hand? NC State becoming a d...

Re: Drink Interviews Update

We need to continue to raise the buyout....1.7 is Drink’s buyout ...salary was around 900 with incentives

we keep posting 12-1 type years could actually make money on the head coaching position 😂

Yeah IMO no way he is staying here with offers from Mizzou and Arkansas

Who is replacing UCONN in the AAC? Hard to believe they are actually in it to begin with. As of now, no one. I just do not see the need to move up among group of 5 conferences The ceiling for the AAC has been reached a 13-0 season with a win against Auburn in a NY 6 bowl gave them a #6 ranking but ...
