I agree. I have not been overly impressed with Roberts. I'd like to see us get a RB with more break away speed.

It is unfortunate that things didn't work out in the end for Shawn. He was one of us, an APP guy through and through. I wish him the best. But, I agree that this was a needed change. Now, we need to make sure we get this hire right. I am excited to see who the next man up will be. Go APP!

In addition to coaching change, I’ll be fine with any of these players hitting the portal too. This season has been so disappointing it feels like we just need to push the reset button.

It used to be that an APP state team would never quit. They would keep fighting even when down. But as others have stated, this team has quit. Defense isn’t even trying.

This team is done and the coaching staff needs to be. Its beyond sad how far we have fallen so fast.

I don’t see us winning 6 games. Marshall, JMU, GS are definitely losses with the way we’ve been playing. And, at this point I’m giving Coach Elliot his first win over us.

We need a coaching staff. And, no more promotion from within. We need an overhaul. Going to be another rough season.
