Re: High Country Hurricane Damage

https://x.com/TODAYshow/status/1845808561575821803 I have been warning my elected officials for years that the lack of trust in the federal government would have consequences. And make no mistake the federal government has earned the lack of trust. Not saying that FEMA has done anything wrong, I do...

ASU Todd you're certainly a critic. "Criticism tells about the bad in the situation outweighing the good & goes on and on about the bad."

Re: Worst I’ve ever seen

Yes, I'm also extremely disappointed with Thursday night's game. However, I get an even sicker feeling reading some of these posts. I'm embarrassed that so called App fans have given up so easily, can't handle the current college football landscape we must compete in, and want to quit and take their...

Re: What do we think about this?

Just for the record, the players sued and the courts agreed. The schools did not start this.

Re: What do we think about this?

We've come too far as a football school to give up now. We often sell out the stadium, game time is exciting, our winning record is among the best, we've upgraded our facilities, and developed a lot of new fans. To get there, we had to compete on many levels to attract recruits and fans. Now we have...

Re: ETSU vs App State?

If mobility for Dad is an issue, while both stadiums can be electric, I think Boone is the best choice. There are still good seats available on StubHub in Section 111. You'll be on the 50 yard line on the East Side and seats will be the easiest to access. If he has a handicapped sticker, you can par...

On-line survey for Chancellor search committee

Apologies if this has been previously posted. I received an email from App offering an on-line survey: "The search committee offers opportunities for your input, including an online survey, in-person and virtual listening sessions, and focus group interviews with key campus constituents." Please tak...

I'd like to sell some of my games and parking pass. Does anyone know when they'll be available to transfer?

Re: Off Season Topic - Best/Worst Road Game Experiences

Only one worst experience, 1982 game where Virginia Tech beat App 34-0 in Lane Stadium. Tech fans were obnoxious and aggressive. Our wives were frightened and we left the game early.

Our government isn’t serious about mass transit. Too busy spending money outside of the country.
Amongst other shortcomings.

Hey, I asked for forgiveness in my post! But, anal or not, anyone should be able to see the problems with jamming that many people on a grassy hill with no possible way to get out in an emergency except to stampede. I read somewhere there were 8,000 people there Saturday. For me, it's the most compe...

Re: Too many ticket scammers

Appalachian State Ticket Exchange 2023 should be avoided. Appalachian State Ticket Exchange is ok. Of course take safeguards like checking the sellers Facebook page for info and number of posts, location, etc.. If you're still concerned, send your payment through PayPal as goods and services, not f...

I needed this

It's 5:30 and I'm thinking about why I'm driving 3+ hours to the game, all the traffic and hassle of parking, and having to spend tonight in North Wilkesboro so I don't fall asleep driving home. Then on another board, ECU fans were having fun with out Hot, Hot. Hot! video, and an App fan posted this...

Re: Game Day Disability Parking question

Resurrecting this one to check if folks who parked in the Hill Street Handicapped spot were asked to show a paid game day parking pass in addition to handicap credentials. I know everyone has already said no a parking pass is not needed but I called Yosef office and they said sometimes a new employe...
